Project Part 1: Goals & Objectives

In this work, I name the priority population I wish to help with my program, as well as add historical context behind why my priority population faces significant health disparities. Moreover, I list the organizations and people I wish to work with to conduct a needs assessment for my priority population.

Project Part 3: Intervention Strategies

Using my knowledge of my priority population's values, norms, and beliefs, I list and describe the intervention strategies I will use in my program to best reach my priority population in a culturally competent manner.

Project Part 2: Goals & Objectives

In this work, I list the goals and objectives I aspire to accomplish through my program.

Project Part 4:

Building upon my previous works, I constructed an implementation plan in a table format, specifically detailing what must be done and by who to ensure effective implementation. Moreover, I constructed a budget to keep track of the program's finances.

Health Education and Materials Works

In Spring of 2026, I was tasked with creating a health education program plan with a group of classmates that included a general program plan with learning objectives, campaign materials, a social media plan, and many more works. These works are linked below.

Program Plan with Learning Objectives

In this work, me and my groupmates created a program plan with learning objectives aimed at increasing the financial literacy of high school students.

Campaign materials

I created three flyers that raise awareness of the issue of financial illiteracy, encourage behavior change, and direct people to resources that they can use to learn more about personal finance.

Social Media Plan

This work is a social media plan designed to complement our program's goals and objectives. Optimized to use social media modalities most popular with our target audience, this work was designed to serve as an outline for posts on social media targeted at high schoolers.

Resource Guide

This document is intended to be distributed to our target population, with the intention of guiding them to resources that promote positive financial behavior change.

Press Release

This work is a press release designed to be sent to a local newspaper. This press release informs the newspaper of our program's goals, where we meet, and what our overarching objective is.

Final Lesson Plan and Evaluation

In this work, me and my group members expanded upon one of the lessons from our initial lesson plan, adding specific activities and materials. Additionally, we developed an evaluation to assess the knowledge of our target population after we have finished up the program.
